This is
Union Gap Village, near
Clinton, NJ.

My home is located in the Union Gap Village condominium community,
which contains 438 1- and 2-bedroom multi-level
units, and has won state honors and architectural awards for
being designed to suit the land's natural contours.
The 54-acre site, containing 33 buildings plus a clubhouse, lies in
Union Township,
south of the Spruce Run Reservoir in
Hunterdon county,
just off Interstate 78 between
